PERFORMANCE

We sell products of the highest quality and are committed to respecting the environment and its protection. By using products made from synthetic materials, we are aware of our environmental and social responsibilities. In fact, we try to protect the health of those who work in the most delicate sectors, where personal protection is essential. For this reason we have decided to use polyester as a material due to the possibility of total recycling at the end of its life and for its technical performance and breathability. In order to better monitor our innovations and always keep up with the latest news, we also deal with different realities and requests from the market.

the evidence of YCLOS

1

reduced environmental impact compared with disposals

If we look at the environmental impact on a larger scale, we see that the use of YCLOS material significantly reduces the consumption of raw materials and the emission of harmful substances, despite handling and washing.

IMPACT

minus 71% on energy consumption

minus 62% on CO2 emissions

minus 72% on water consumption

minus 85% on nitrogen oxide emissions

Tecnical performance compared with disposals

Comparing with disposable PPE we have parameters that clearly distinguish us.

HIGH BREATHABLE

The function is defined through comfort for the wearer. Those who work long hours, need a comfortable and breathable feel.

WATER VAPOR RESISTANCE CLASSIFICATION

Level 3      15 < Ret ≤ 25

comparison with conventional ppe on the market

When compared to conventional reusables our products demonstrate significant advantages.

Conventional reusables have a polyurethane membrane therefore, they cannot be recycled directly and fully.

The YCLOS membranes are part of an all-polyester three-layer material.

The product is fully recyclable.

Environmental impact refers to the comparison between disposable garments on one side and YCLOS materials on the other. While both consume a certain amount of energy in production, there are significant long-term benefits for YCLOS due to reuse and recycling.

The comparison between disposable and YCLOS material from a performance point of view shows great evidence in favor of YCLOS. While disposables may seem more easy going to use, they have disadvantages in both wearing and handling throughout the process. One YCLOS item can replace 50-70 disposable items. It means a price efficiency of minus 3 to minus 10 times.

The comparison between conventional TTR and YCLOS material from a performance point of view shows the difference. While the conventional TTR can also be multilayered, the YCLOS trilayer is composed of pure polyester and not a composition of different materials. Only in this way can recycling be carried out in a closed and effective cycle.
